Your finished portrait is prepared for archival giclée print and shipped within ten business days, framed if you like.

The Stretched Canvas

A frameless gallery-wrapped canvas, hand-stretched over a 38mm pine stretcher — the most affordable way to go big.

Frameless & modern

No frame, no glass — just the image, gallery-wrapped over a solid 38 mm stretcher. Clean, contemporary, and the lightest way to fill a big wall.

Hand-folded corners

European kiln-dried knotless pine stretcher bars with a curved profile, hand-stretched for crisp edges and smooth, even corner folds.

Four edge wraps

The Framed Canvas

A 38mm stretched canvas floated inside a slim hand-finished wood frame.

Slim wood float frame

12 mm front face, 32 mm base — a thin moulding that lets the canvas do the talking. A 5 mm shadow gap sits between the canvas edge and the frame, producing the clean floating effect.

Mitred corner

Closeup of the corner join — mitred, glued, and reinforced. Six finishes available: black, white, antique gold, antique silver, natural, and brown.

Sits 53 mm off the wall

About 2 inches of depth — slim enough to read modern, deep enough to give the canvas real presence. The 40 mm rebate holds the canvas firmly inside the frame.

What photos work best?
A clear, well-lit photo of the face is most important. Side angles and action shots are useful too — we love seeing personality.
Can I make special requests?
Every order has a note for the artist where you can tell us anything you’d like us to keep in mind — a detail to emphasise, a mood, something about your pet. We can’t promise we’ll act on every request, but we read each one and accommodate what we can.
How are the portraits made?
Each portrait is created digitally. We use AI image tools as our brush — guided, corrected, and refined by hand over hundreds of commissions — to render your pet in the style you choose, then we review every proof ourselves before it reaches you. The result is a genuine work of art that captures the likeness of your beloved pet: every whisker, marking, and expression that makes them them.
Do you do memorials?
Always. Mention it in your notes and we’ll handle the commission with extra care.
How long does it take?
Your proof arrives within one business day. After you approve, the print ships within ten business days.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes — any time before you approve your proof, your order is fully refundable and you can cancel it yourself. Open your order from the link in your confirmation email (or sign in and go to your orders) and click “Cancel this commission” — we refund your card automatically, no email needed. Once you approve and we send it to print, the piece is custom-made for you, so it’s no longer refundable except for defects. See our refund policy for the details.
Can I get it framed?
Every portrait ships framed — choosing the frame is part of building your commission, not a separate add-on. Pick from matte black, soft white, walnut, or honey oak, each sized to your print; the framed canvas also offers warm gold and brushed silver.
